Who we are

This policy covers Paymass ("we", "us"), the operator of RISHTA, for visitors to paymass.in and users of the RISHTA app.

What we collect

When you book a demo or contact us, we collect: name, company name, mobile number, city, and the approximate size of your dealer/mason network. RISHTA app users additionally provide KYC and bank details required for reward payouts, as described separately at onboarding.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about RISHTA, prepare a quote, and, for app users, to process KYC and reward payouts. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to these.

How we share it

We share reward-related details with our banking and payment partner (currently YES Bank) to settle payouts, and with the service providers who host our website and app infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

We retain your details for as long as you have an active account or an open enquiry with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
